Consistent useful content without adding another job to your week

Monthly Blog and Social Content

Done-for-you long-form blog content and short social posts for established businesses that need clearer explanations, regular publishing material and stronger support for their website and SEO.

Planned around your services and customers. Written in plain English. Reviewed directly with Neil Patmore.

Content needs a clear commercial job

Publishing more words is not the objective. Useful content should answer questions, explain expertise, support service pages and give potential customers more reasons to understand and trust the business.

This service creates a regular body of blog and social content without leaving the owner or internal team to find topics, write drafts and start again every month.

Long-form blog contentUseful articles built around real services, customer questions, objections and areas of expertise.
Short social postsConcise posts that support the monthly topics without pretending every platform needs completely unrelated content.
Topic planningA practical plan shaped around the business, audience, website and wider commercial priorities.
SEO-aware structureClear headings, relevant terminology and sensible links where the topic supports organic visibility.
Direct reviewYou work with Neil rather than passing feedback through a junior account handler.
Defined monthly scopeThe agreed number of blogs and social posts is clear before the month starts.

The service connects blog content with the rest of the business

Blog content

Long-form articles can explain services, answer detailed questions, address misconceptions and give search engines and potential customers more useful context.

  • Topics based on the business and its audience
  • Clear structure and readable plain-English copy
  • Relevant internal links to service pages
  • Calls to action where they genuinely fit the subject
  • Drafts supplied for factual review and approval

Social content

Short posts give the monthly ideas another useful format. They can point people towards the deeper article, explain one practical point or support regular visibility.

  • Short posts matched to the approved monthly topics
  • Writing adapted for a concise social format
  • No empty motivational filler or forced trend commentary
  • Ready for the client or agreed publisher to schedule
  • Additional platforms or formats quoted where required

The service creates agreed written content. Community management, paid social campaigns, video production, graphic design, email newsletters and daily posting are not included automatically.

Two monthly content packages

The package is based on the amount of useful material the business needs each month. The exact topics, article length, review route and publishing responsibilities are recorded before work starts.

Content Package

£720 per month

  • Four long-form blog posts per month
  • Four short social posts per month
  • Monthly topic planning
  • SEO-aware structure and internal-link suggestions
  • Drafts supplied for review and approval

For businesses that need a consistent base of useful content without a large internal production workload.

Expanded Content Package

£1,260 per month

  • Eight long-form blog posts per month
  • Eight short social posts per month
  • Broader monthly topic planning
  • SEO-aware structure and internal-link suggestions
  • Drafts supplied for review and approval

For businesses with more services, subject areas or publishing capacity that need greater monthly coverage.

Additional articles, social posts, landing-page copy or campaign material can be quoted separately rather than being absorbed into the monthly package.

The client still provides the expertise, evidence and approval

I turn business knowledge into clearer content, but I do not invent technical facts, customer results, regulated claims or commercial promises.

Neil’s responsibilities

  • Plan the agreed monthly topics
  • Research the supplied subject within the agreed scope
  • Write the agreed blog and social content
  • Use plain English and an appropriate business voice
  • Suggest relevant internal links and calls to action
  • Make agreed revisions through the recorded review process

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate service, product and technical information
  • Supply evidence for claims, results and case studies
  • Review drafts for factual, legal and regulatory accuracy
  • Return feedback and approval within the agreed timetable
  • Provide access where publication or website updates are included
  • Confirm who owns scheduling, comments and ongoing social activity

Published work provides broader evidence of content and SEO delivery

These case studies show wider website, SEO and content work. They are not presented as evidence that every business will receive the same visibility, ranking or enquiry result from a monthly content package.

CMI Technology

Ongoing work for a technology business has included website, SEO, positioning and long-form content designed to explain technical subjects without tying the copy to one vendor.

LAN Support

The LAN Support work demonstrates how stronger service structure, useful website content and ongoing marketing priorities can support a more coherent digital presence.

I have worked across web design, SEO, content and conversion-focused website improvements for around 30 years. That broader context helps topics support the website and commercial offer rather than existing as isolated posts.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much content is included each month?

The £720 package includes four long-form blog posts and four short social posts. The £1,260 package includes eight long-form blog posts and eight short social posts.

Do you choose the topics?

I prepare the topic plan using your services, audience, current priorities and the source information available. You approve the direction before the monthly writing is completed.

Is the content written for SEO?

The articles use sensible headings, relevant terminology and internal links where appropriate. No ranking or traffic result is guaranteed, and ongoing SEO work is a separate service.

Do you publish and schedule everything?

Only where publication or scheduling is explicitly included in the proposal. Otherwise, approved copy is supplied ready for your team or chosen publisher to use.

Will the content sound like our business?

The writing is based on your source information, existing tone and review feedback. The aim is clear, recognisable business copy rather than generic filler.

Can you write technical or regulated content?

Yes, where the client provides suitable subject knowledge and evidence. The client remains responsible for final factual, legal and regulatory approval.

Can we change the package from month to month?

A different volume can be agreed for a future period, subject to capacity. Extra work is confirmed before it begins rather than added informally.

Is there a minimum contract?

Any initial term and notice period are stated in the proposal. They are not assumed or hidden after the work starts.
