AI tools can accelerate layouts, code and content, but the output still has to work as a business website. Forms need testing, services need explaining, search engines need crawlable pages and future changes need to be safe enough to make.
This page is the starting point when you know the website needs help but are not yet certain whether the right answer is diagnosis, repair, SEO, optimisation or rebuild. You work directly with me rather than passing between sales, account management and an unknown technical team.
A brief call or surface look may establish whether the enquiry fits. It does not include access, testing, diagnosis, auditing or conclusions. Proper investigation is paid work.
A polished first version can hide problems that appear only in real use
The difficult issues are often not visible in a screenshot. They appear when a customer submits a form, when an owner edits the page, when real scripts and images are added, or when search engines try to understand a collection of generic service pages.

I do not have a published AI-builder case study that proves a specific repair, ranking or conversion result, so this page does not pretend otherwise. The useful evidence is my wider record of planning, building, repairing and improving real business websites over three decades.

Pricing depends on the work needed to reach a reliable answer
There is no honest universal price for investigating every AI-built website. A five-page WordPress site, a hosted AI builder and a custom application with authentication and external services involve different levels of access, risk and testing.

The paid diagnostic gives you the answers. Repair and implementation are separate, even when I am the person who later carries them out.
Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as an AI-built website?
This includes websites created with an AI website builder, generated from prompts, assembled with AI coding tools or substantially altered using AI-generated code or content. The important question is not which tool was used. It is whether the finished site is reliable, understandable and maintainable.
Which service should I start with?
Start with a paid AI website audit when the cause is unclear. Use repair when a diagnosed fault needs fixing, AI Website SEO when the foundations of search visibility are weak, and optimisation when the main issue is messaging, user journeys or enquiries.
Is the first call a free audit?
No. A brief call or surface look may be enough to decide whether the enquiry is suitable. Any proper investigation, access, testing, diagnosis or written conclusion is paid work with an agreed scope.
Do you only work with WordPress?
WordPress is my main platform, but I can assess other AI-built websites when the code, hosting and access make a useful review possible. I will say early when the platform or access means another specialist is needed.
Can you repair the problems you find?
Often, yes. Diagnosis and repair are separate phases. The diagnostic explains what is wrong, the likely cause, whether it is repairable and what should happen next. Repair or implementation is then quoted separately.
Can you guarantee rankings, AI citations or more enquiries?
No. I can improve the technical quality, structure, content and enquiry route, but rankings, AI citations and commercial results also depend on demand, competition, the offer and factors outside my control.
Will you tell me when a rebuild is the better option?
Yes. Repair is not automatically the right answer. If the codebase, platform or page structure makes continued repair poor value, I will explain why and define the safer route.
Do you provide ongoing support after the project?
Ongoing SEO, WordPress care, hosting or development can be agreed separately. Nothing is treated as an automatic monthly commitment unless it appears in the written scope.
